June 2018 - Present

Managing a roster of 100 students, I plan and maintain an active youth calendar including events such as: retreats, mission trips, conferences, lock ins, youth group, Sunday School and more. Working alongside Pine Ridge staff to provide Confirmation to high school students and coordinating volunteers for events.

Youth INTeRN at grace covenant presbyterian church

May 2018 - August 2018

Working alongside Miles McDonald, Director of Youth Ministries, I helped develop, plan and lead youth events for the summer of 2018. These included their annual Music & Mission Trip to Colorado Springs, CO as well as their Middle School trip to Massanetta Springs Conference Center in Harrisonburg, VA.

Averaging 50 calls a day to clients, references and candidates, I worked to build and maintain relationships with clients in and around the Kansas City area. Specifically working in Contract and Contract-to-Hire positions to match quality candidates with the right companies. My team specializes in web development, network and system administrators, project managers and creative prospects.

Interim Director of Youth Ministries at First Presbyterian Church

November 2016 - June 2017

The tasks of the Interim Youth Minister include preparation for and leadership of weekly youth group meetings and youth Sunday school classes, recruitment of adult volunteers to assist the youth minister, coordination with church staff, and communication with youth and parents.
